my ex stole my best friend :/

in 2019 i used to date a friend of mine. we broke up mid 2020 and we stayed friends. she then started becoming really close with MY friends and started talking to them more than me. it got to a point where she was having sleepovers with them and completely excluding me. she became best friends with one of my best friends and it made it so my ex was in my life almost every day. as time went on, my ex started getting more rude and aggresive towards me and started talking about me towards my best friend behind my backs i told my best friend and she did nothing about it. in late may my ex dropped me out of nowhere and was rude and she is still best friends with my best friend. my ex also told my best friend all these lies about me which made my best friend drop me as well. now i have neither of them.

ive realized it was good to get out of the friendship because it was toxic, although i’m having a problem trying to reallt get over it. it is still a re occurring thought i have often. it hurts too.
