Over the years I have realized that I get more out of my spiritual practice when I practice every day.

@soulsings

I find regular practise helps me too. It might not always be a longer one but I try to listen to shorter teachings at least once again. Often I watch spiritual short videos too which encourage me to reflect on my thoughts, feelings and behavior.

@soulsings I don't really do any spiritual practice, I don't think. But I do pray every day every day, and talk to God in the mornings as I watch the sunrise ❤

@Tinywhisper11 from what you say that is your spiritual practice. Keep on gooing with that as long as it fulfills the need.

Part of a spiritual practice is sharing joy and love. You really do that too.

@soulsings I pray every evening. I also write prayers. I do meditation. I also Meditate on Bible verses. I love Meditation because you do not need a lot of expensive tools, all you need is your mind and your brain, which comes to you through birth. A little bit of time. And an open heart and mind, helps. Some days I due short meditations, like 5 to 10, mins. Someday I do longer than that. I usually base it on, how I am feeling at the moment. For the Spiritual Mediation, I begin with a word of prayer. Usually, it is a prayer of Thanksgiving, were I thank God for my blessings and for getting me through the night. Then I examine my heart, my mind and Ask God for his forgiveness for any sins or wrongs that I may have done. I go back into prayer, asking for mercy and grace and for his forgiveness. Then I close the Spiritual Meditation, with the reading of God's Holy Word. Usually the Psalms. I am not sure, if you know or heard of this, but there is a community called Taze. It is a community where they meditate, and sing songs. There are other communities out there. Some communities take Religious vows. I know for some of the Monks, they take a vow of silence.
