A person close to people Im close to recintly passed

Nearly everyone I know knew them and Im sure I met them in passing becouse of how much our circles overlaped

Over the past view days I've seen the impact they had on the comunity

From there parents, freinds and commnity I can see and hear the crys of the hearts that have been broken

They passed in a tragic way and it was an acident

Hearing all of this I cant help but think why them

There are people in the world BEGGING God to take them home, wanting to go home

People that may make a small impact if they leave but it wouldnt cause a crashing wave of impact

There are people that dont want to be here but God takes the one that dose

How does that sound ok for both parties

For the one that wants to go home - why does he let them suffer in this temperaty place

For the one that want to be here - why does he take them when they never ask

its so beyond unfair and I hate to even play the 'fair' game with God becouse I know that he will always win

but I just dont undertand the ratinal

And the thing is for this comninty there has been so meany young lifes lost in the last few years

It feels like every mounth its one tragity after another

Its like why not give the comminty, familys a brake give them time to breath

There are so meany people ready to go, praying to go and he takes the ones that didnt even see it coming

@callmeRM If I were in your shoes I'd turn off the news feed for a while, but that's just me.

Re your questions: they have been asked in a few different versions many times, by many different people. They can be boiled down to the following:

If God is all-powerful, all-knowing & all good, then why do bad things happen to good people?

I asked the same a long while back. Much much earlier than either of us--according to the story--there was a good & wealthy man who lost his assets, most of his family & even his health. That is what the Book of Job in the OT is about. It addresses the question but does not answer it, at least not in so many words. There is no answer to the question that is without logical errors, &/or is operative without dismissing innocent people's suffering. Am sorry to tell you that, but it is the only rational conclusion I've found after way too much research & listening to various believers (mostly Christian ones).

Really wish I had a better answer for you...but I don't.

@callmeRM I just wanted to saw my sincerest condolences on your losses. I hope you are able to process and are supported during your grieving. I don't have an answer for you. I'm questioning on Christianity myself and the apparent lack of answers for these things. I will say I don't expect fairness from the world. I think there is too much that argues against it. Maybe there is some cosmic meaning but I don't know it and I don't think we can know it. The only conclusion I can come to is that if God is good his idea of fair and ours don't align. His idea of the meaning of death and ours also don't align.  While the grief is raw and acutely painful I hope you find solace in your beliefs and in your support system. I hope you find peace and comfort. I'm sorry for your loss.

@callmeRM I am sorry for the loss and grief you feel. Those are difficult questions you ask and I am not sure how to answer them.

My deepest sympathy for you and all affected.
