How can I turn off automated messages?

Hi,

How do you turn off the automated messages from "Noni(Presence)" during the chat? I don't see any options to do this.

@1618, Hi there, unfortunately that is not possible to do at this moment, that's why you can find no options for it.

How can I suggest adding this option to the people who are in charge of this website?

@1618 - You can send a feedback hereselect "Website Feedback" or "Other" in the request type then write your suggestion.

Yeah. The notifications are nice but I find them a tad "spammy". I'll get several in a row that are all the same. If we could turn them down or off that'd be great.

Yes there should be an option to turmimg off noni presence and hopefully it will happen very soon because it's very irritating

I just sent a support message. It gets really creepy when you're in a 1on1 with a listener and she pops up!
