I wrote a review and gave a rating, now what?
We have been informed of how we should review listeners here and here.
What should I expect once I've done that though? I do get emails when I've left a positive review for a listener, and it seems to get published shortly. What about the reviews where a chat doesn't go so well? I do get emails, but I don't know if members and guests really know what happens with a negative review. Also, when should ratings be updated? It seems this takes quite some time.

Hi Affy, I saw no-one had replied to you yet so I will try. I know that all reviews and blocks and censored chat etc are queued and then carefully reviewed. If action is needed then that is taken but I am not aware of that information being available for members.
The stars seem to be cumulative so a bad one star rating with a listener that might have 100 5 stars isn't going to impact the rating immediately. Does that make sense?

@MistyMagic I can see the number of ratings though, the person had only 1 before I chatted and it remained at 1. Also, if they only had 1, my rating should have been obvious to their star rating as it wasn't close to what they had.
