Bullying - support the victims.

April 26th, 2020

Many people have experienced bullying at some point, however it may feel if you are being bullied, you are Not alone.

Hello everyone,,,

I know, it is difficult.

It is important to tell someone - speak to the people you trust .

ALWAYS remember - it is Not your fault, whoever bullies you it's NOT because of who you are, but because of who they are. Nothing wrong with you, you don't deserve the bullying that you are enduring.

Do Not be a bystander - if you see something, do something. Do not allow it to continue.

"So, if you see somebody thats hurting, dont look away. And if youre hurting, even though it might be hard, try to find that bravery within yourself to dive deep and go tell somebody and take them up in your head with you" ~Lady Gaga

There are some of us who became expert in dealing with bullyinng, be it mental or physical or emotional, so if you encounter bullies, send them our ways.

The firat battle over a bully? Do not be a victim! Harden yourself and get pissed off and fight back even if the bully is stronger, you show them you bite and you fight!

No matter how many times people are told it still happens day to day many lives are destructive because of this bullying ruins lives and maybe it can't be stopped since it's a problem we're always going to have like if you are told off they sometimes take more drastic measures no one can prevent everything.. But I appreciate people trying to spread awareness but sometimes it just worsens an already dark corner of this world.

As you you said bullying can ruin people's lives, i think it is important to shed light on this serious issue. To remained anyone who is being bullied that what they hear from a bully is not real and that they are matters and can defenetly speak up and are certainly not alone as it is happening to so many people all over world and both teens and adults experience it. Of course, like anything else change is possible and it take time

@AylinC

I agree it's best not to let it get to them but sometimes it can be really harsh

Bullying has affected so many teenagers and children. I hope people can spread awareness about bullying and how to stop them.

As someone who's been bullied for my accent, mannerisms, and looks, I know it's hard. It's hard to endure it and act as though nothing is wrong. I used to ignore my bullies, let them be, and continue their hurtful actions on me, be it emotional or physical, as I was advised by my mother to do so. I didn't have any friends who I could share my feelings with or talk to. But throughout the years, I've realized that ignoring them and bottling up my emotions won't stop them. So, I voiced my feelings, frustration, and pain to people who could help me. And I'm better now =)

So please know, that you're never alone in this. You have people who'd help and support you. And most importantly, you have yourself. I'm here for you =)

@Sw3t6 Being bullied for things like your accent, mannerisms, and looks must have felt so much isolating, especially when you didn’t have friends you could confide in. That took a lot even when you were told to just ignore it.

But you know what stands out most is the turning point you shared, realizing that keeping it all inside only made it heavier, and that speaking up about your pain brought relief and support.

You’re living proof that reaching out can make things better.

Thank you for offering hope and standing with others through your words.

To anyone being bullied right now, I'm so sorry you're going through this. What they're saying or doing is not your fault, and it doesn't define who you are. You deserve to be treated with kindness and respect. I know it can feel lonely, but please remember you are not alone, and there are people who care about you and want to support you. Your feelings are valid, and your voice matters. stay strong, and don't be afraid to reach out. you're worth standing up for.

📢 "Do not be a bystander! "

That's something to be said on speakers outside.

Thankyou for the message! ❤️

Thank you so much for sharing this powerful message.

Your words are incredibly important and comforting especially the reminder that it’s not our fault when we’re being bullied. So many people carry shame or blame themselves, when in reality, the bullying says so much more about the other person than it ever does about us.

I especially loved the quote from Lady Gaga it’s such a beautiful call to courage and compassion. You’re right: speaking up and reaching out can be really hard, but it’s also one of the bravest things someone can do.

Thank you again for reminding us all that we’re not alone and that kindness matters. 💛

Speaking up if we’re the ones hurting, and also not staying silent if we see someone else being mistreate, yes, both are important.

The Lady Gaga quote you included captures it beautifully: courage isn’t about not being afraid, it’s about reaching out anyway, whether to help someone else or to let ourselves be helped.

Thank you for reminding everyone here that no one has to go through this alone.
