Ok, my technical group chatroom knowledge is hopeless.
If i'm not mistaken, there's a crisis button at around the top to send?
What I usually do, run around to find any mods available to help xD

In group chats, we see a *refer* option besides the usernames, this anonymously refers the member to crisis resources .
Additionally yes, always a great idea to reach out to a mod , so they can personally ensure the member is safe , provided with crisis resources and stepped away from the chatroom / cups to seek appropriate support from relevant sources .
