2 weeks still banned account...

Okay, so I been dealing with this for 2 weeks (11-27-2016) I got a banned listener account, for age misunderstanding (background story is that I was moved to 18+ group because of my offsite age verification) and I fixed the main problem with 7cups community, but I haven't been getting any updates or anything from them.. (I was sent to contact 7 cups tech team because 7 cups community couldn't unban my account) So I been wondering can anyone help me out with this ? Because I would like to get unbanned for something that was not my fault....
