How many people has 7 cups affected?
Hello, I am wondering how many people have 7 cups affected. I see that there are 17k volunteers, but don't have any information besides that. Thank you.

Answering this question is very hard because not everyone leaves a review and not everyone leaves a star rating. Out of the 59 people I've helped, I only have 28 star ratings and 11 reviews. So even if we did total up all the ratings and reviews, we'd still be no closed to our answer. All we know is, the quantity of people helped is significant enough for people to recommend this site and to come back again and again.
I believe that 7 cups of tea is helping people way more than we would ever know! There are sometimes when I am having a chat, and the person I am listening to is just so grateful that someone is willing to talk with them. A lot of people underestimate the power of having someone listen and vent to you. It is impossible to know how many people this is affecting/helping, but it is more than we could ever imagine!
Before I became an intern with 7 cups of tea, I used the service while in college. It had been a very difficult experience with my boyfriend at the time and I needed someone to talk to. This site really helped me that night and I definitely will never forget that :)
7 cups has touched a lot of people. Apart from directly helping the listeners, members/guests.. it also indirectly helps all the people who in the lives of guests/listeners/members.
It helps the listeners in growing as individually while it helps the members/guests to share their concerns. If we lend an ear to them, it helps them relax which in turn makes lives of people around them better (at least a little). And thus, it helps a lot of people in the process.
With around 12,000 conversations happening on an average every week, around 2000 referral clicks directing new members to this platform, I am sure it touches a lot of lives.
My life has been touched deeply with this platform and I vow to carry forward its message in the times to come. I am interning with 7 cups, got my friend too on board for the internship, posted on a lot of counselling/heath related pages on facebook and a lot more things..:)
I hope we all by our little efforts help someone in need.. Even if one person gets that help at the right time.. it will be huge in itself!

i think 7 cups is a life saver!!! it's true, we can't get any specific overview because people don't usually rate or review, but this is not so important because oh my god, how many people have written to me in a totally miserable condition.
it's easy to click "i'm not feeling suicidal" when you desperately search for the smallest sign of hope. and this is us, guys! some of them DO feel suicidal. 7 cups does change lives to a high degree, through us, their saviors. so hit those requests, guys. we are the change we want to see in the world :)
