@KrinkTheMellowUnicorn any chance a fix will be pushed for this soon ? I'm unable to send any messages in one on one's or group support for over two days now , unless I can use a relative's computer which I can't do often and it's very inconvenient . Some of my regular members really want to chat and I'm unable to even inform them of what's happening , unless I use feed or forum . I'm also unable to contact my own listeners on my member account as regularly now and I could use a chat or two myself at the moment
@ih0pe. A moderator told me if I would do a discussion with them and I told them yes. Then this happens and I can communicate with them at all. I did post on the forums letting the moderater know. But of course all of this sucks for many reasons.

I'm sorry to hear about that discussion :( that really does suck !! I also had a few things planned and I'm behind on a lot of PMs now . This definitely sucks in a lot of ways and I can't wait till it's fixed !

Near the bottom of the page you can open up a form and submit your support ticket there.
Please describe your device and browser type and when the problem started and as much detail about the problem as you can. Thanks!
Since it seems to be difficult to troubleshoot every browser type, I think we are going to add a send button to the text-entry box for chat so that if enter/return does not work to send messages you will be able to click or tap on the button to send.
This isn't a perfect solution but I'm hoping it will at least make the chat features usable for people whose browsers aren't sending the normal way.
