How to complain about things on Growth Path?

I'm not sure where to go to complain about things on the Growth Path - today I had a video that was clearly a bank advert but wrapped up as a 'touching, emotional' video.

Hello, I try to open up level two of acceptance but it is not working. Just a loading sign there. Anyone else hase the same problem?
