I can't connect to chats.

I have two new messages waiting for me, but when I try to click on them I just get empty chats. I can't even enter group chats, because the same thing keeps happening. How do I fix this?

I think things on the site have been misbehaving while some changes are being made. The support ticket will have the dev team get the info they need to fix problems.
