Need Help Contacting Tech Support
Hello,
I made a mistake this morning and blocked a listener from chat. Apparently I did not realize that this also deactivates their account which is not what I wanted at all. I need this reversed. Please put me in touch with someone who can help me.

Please email support@7cups.com and let them know who to unblock and they will take care of that for you.

blocking a listener does not deactivate their acct but it does prevent you from chatting with them or vice versa. As @rocketsmom suggested, you need to get support to reverse it for you.
We do plan to add the ability to unbock manually when we get a chance to deal with it!

I already contacted support and they said they were on it. I'm a software engineer myself so I know how these thing can go. Thanks for getting back to me :)

@redLake5837 - oh, one more FYI is that on the Community menu there's a link called Support & Feedback (I think) that includes a FAQ as well as a form at the bottom for submitting support tickets (for future reference).
(The direct email works too but may not always get classified correctly up front.)

Got it. I did that too. I have that my listener is showing back up now in my chat discussion she still appears to be not showing up as a profile. I know you guys are probably still at it.

@redLake5837 - blocking someone should not hide their profile, so that might be related to the feed bug we are trying to fix right now?
What happens when you try to load the profile? Does nothing come up at all?

@redLake5837 - would you mind sharing this listener's username with me in a PM so I can investigate to make sure there is nothing else wrong with their profile or account?

Hi for some reason I cannot get onto my alerts and it comes up with the loading sign. Help?

@KrinkTheMellowUnicorn yeah sure. I have the app and everything else works fine, as well as my notifications and feed. Every time I click on alerts it comes up with a loading sign which I can only get off by going on a community thread or closing the app. I have about 5 alerts at the moment but the numbers have changed. Any suggestions?
