Rate button not working?
Hello 7Cups, I'm Alice. a new member here and there was this listener who's been really helpful with me today, and I'd like to do him a favor of rating him. However, when I click the star icon, it doesn't show anything else. Anybody experiencing this?

I have tried refreshing my browser. All it does is bring me back to the conversation page. When I click the rate button once more, still acts like that. I've tried Firefox, Chrome, Safari, IE, even on mobile. Problem isn't my internet I think, because I tried it using mobile data and it didn't work too. And thanks, I've submitted a ticket!
It is not working for me either. I was unable to block an abusive listener due to the problem, as none of those are working for me - ie. end chat, block, rate.
I have done the support ticket.
