Subscriptions
I just signed up on Sunday for the free 3 day trial and tomorrow is my third day. I have a couple questions. Will I get charged on my third day or by the end?
If I do cancel my subscription before my trial ends will I lose my therapist? I understand I won't be able to continue chatting unless I subscribe but I'd like to cancel now and return once I am able to pay the fee.
So basically what I want to know is if I cancel then subscribe later on, will it reactivate my sessions with the same therapist or will it find me a new one?

The free trial lasts 72 hours.
You can connect with the same therapist, as long as they are still taking on clients here when you wish to pay for therapy, as you can select your own therapist. I'm not certain if they system will do that automatically, so it's best to go to your therapists profile and restart therapy from that, rather than the generic 'start therapy' option.

@AffyAvo thank you! That answered my question. I read the FAQ and couldn't quite find the answer I was looking for. Could be because how things are worded. Thanks for your help! I didn't know you could restart therapy and pick which therapist you'd like.
