Why can't we upload screenshots?
If 7cups wants screenshots for reports why isn't it possible to upload them directly to reports?
I'm confused as to why we should be posting screenshots in public places on the internet (if not public then the links we share couldn't be seen).
@AffyAvo An image posted anonymously has a URL like https://i.imgur.com/8tMdHh4.jpg. No one can find it without knowing the URL. So in that sense it's secure. The original screenshot on the device of the person who made it is often less secure, if it's just left there.
It would be more convenient if the entire process could be onsite at 7 Cups, though.
In fact, it would not even require a screenshot, because the data is all on 7 Cups' severs already.

@RarelyCharlie I agree that for the most part the security of using another site isn't a big deal, unless tags are being used. I don't know if image searches would ever be likely to access them.
It's a cumbersome step I find. It would be much more convenient to have something directly on site. Not everyone knows how to take a screenshot and I have found some of the sites that are recommended don't consistently work. Also depending on the device not all get into a picture format most easily, I have done some as pdfs before.

Yeah, back when I needed to provide screenshots of something, I found I was unable to. I was given directions to follow that were too complicated, and since I found them too difficult to follow so I just didn't end up providing them. The problem ended up being solved eventually anyway when I asked someone different for help.
However I think this highlights how we this need to make everything as simple as possible, and not require you to use another site whenever possible; because when people need to use them that is often at a time when they are in distress and that makes it harder to do things you otherwise might find easier to do, and we also have many autistic members here (and other people as well) who may not feel comfortable or able to use another site to upload things.
