Why is Noni *still* Saying this?
Can you provide any more detail about what brings you here today? Ill use this information to match you up with your listener.
I've brought this up before. What I tell her at this point has nothing to do with the listener I'm matched with. Stop telling us that it does.
@AffyAvo the list of categories does, if you click on one of them it then puts it with your request for the listeners to see and then can select your name if they are good with the category you picked..... Hoped this helped :)

But Affy's point is still true - what you might type to Noni does NOT affect which listener picks up your request, only the category you may have selected already does.
@JBlue yeah I know I wasn't saying it was false I was just saying that, that part only helps in choosing I guess but you can say no to the extra bot part or just not answer and it should stop

One can say no, but if someone takes Noni at her word they might put in effort to give information to get better matched - and then that doesn't actually happen.

Based on all the Posts I've read... It would seem both Noni AND Sophia hav been very naughty Bots lately !
If listeners could see what you type before they take the chat then it would make sense (in fact it could be extremely useful and save time) but I'm assuming it doesn't work like that...
@Phthalo Yeah, that's the problem I see.
Someone comes in, assumes what Noni says is true. So they give a much more detailed description of their issue - moreso than the list of topics and maybe the list doesn't even fit for them. They assume they will get a listener who is a good match.
A listener then connects, chats for a short period of time and then says - oh I don't know much about that, I can't help you. Sorry Bye. (not unusual in my experience). The member is left wondering why someone would do this after they took the time to give more info to Noni.
