Hello everyone! Somehow, it is already April 😬 feels like it should still be February or very early March, at least for me.
It's time for another forum safety discussion! Today's topic is privacy settings. This is a relatively short one!
Okay... what are privacy settings? 🤔
Privacy settings are controls on your phone, computer, apps, or websites that let you choose what personal information you share and who can see it.
What kinds of stuff does it manage? 📝
- Location 🏖️
- Camera 📸
- Contacts 📓
- Photos 📱
- Browsing activity 🖱️
- General profile details 💬🗨️
They sound important! ‼️
They most certainly do, because they are! In simple terms, privacy settings help protect your personal data and give you more control over your online life. It's essential to know what your settings are at all times!
- Have you ever had to change your privacy settings because of someone else’s behaviour?

I have had to remove my pfp from my social media for sometime because of not one but several stalking experiences one after the other. I needed a break and people needed to get a life, honestly. It is annoying and concerning at the same time.
That's completely an invasion of privacy. They sell off our data to third parties. Sometimes we accept terms and conditions, grant permissions even without reading the text in its entirety because it is too long and cumbersome. But remember that you can always go back and edit the permissions under settings.
Your privacy is your right!

nahoa change lot stuff because some people here steal nahoa stories and pictures try make them own
make sure now all pictures got my name and not share barely anything in rooms make sure all location turn off everywhere my phone just case accident share thing show location
