Hey there, lovely people!

Ever feel like your self-esteem is a garden, sometimes blooming with confidence and other times wilting under doubt? We all have those days when our inner light feels dim, like a flower craving sunshine. Let’s chat about nurturing that spark back to life!

As Oprah Winfrey said, “You don’t become what you want; you become what you believe.” That hits deep, right? I remember a time when I felt stuck after a job rejection. My confidence was like a drooping plant, but I started watering it with small actions - practicing gratitude daily, like jotting down one thing I did well, even if it was just making a killer cup of coffee. Slowly, my garden started to bloom again.

Think of self-esteem like tending a garden: you’ve got to prune the negative self-talk and plant seeds of self-compassion. For instance, my Jack struggled with feeling “not enough” at work. He started setting tiny goals, like speaking up once in meetings, and celebrating each step. It was like watching his confidence sprout new leaves!

What’s one way you’ve tended to your self-esteem garden lately, or maybe a weed you’re trying to pull? Drop your thoughts below - I’d love to hear how you’re growing your inner glow! 🌱
