Do i really look like this?

i got contacts recently the clear kind. And i when i wore glasses i guess things looked smaller? when i wore the contacts i immediately noticed how much larger my eyes actually were but then i also noticed how everything else was larger too. including my body. I already have a lot of issues with how in view myself if i’m even cute or pretty.

struggling with my appearance was already bad bur i spent today going back and fourth between mirrors in disbelief. I look the same but at the same time disgusting to myself. “was i a,ways like this?” i mean i knew what i looked like but it just if this is accurate to what i really look like i’m a bit horrified. i feel ugly worst part is i don’t eat badly i don’t do much exercise pr anything but i know plenty lazy people who domt look alike me. it’s genes, everyones different . i want to work out i want to be confident i want to be proud of what i have. this was just such a horrible wake up call i don’t know how to go about this.
