Getting better
Today I feel very good. Since yesterday,I have started to concentrate on myself. I ask myself what I want to do and don’t care what others think. It's just one day, but now I feel better than ever. I feel comfortable with myself.
But also I’m kinda scared. Because I had felt same feelings in my past some times that I am getting better and no more struggles on me. But after a while, I ended up feeling depressed again.
But I learned that feelings are just feelings. It’s okay to feel like this. I believe myself that I can go through this. I can’t control myself perfectly and still learning. But at least, I’m trying.
This app helps me a lot. You guys kind and sweet words make my life easier and comfortable.

It's quite valid to feel scary about the depressive thoughts returning and not feeling as great again, but that's the most normal thing about healing, that it isn't linear, and of having a hooman experience ~ that we experience both good and bad. So it's pretty commendable how you're taking time to acknowledge the good you're feeling currently, and patting your back for staying resilient despite the challenges you've faced. You did it then, and you're doing it now and you will do it again, every time you fall, you'll get back on. Super proud of you and wishing you continue to feel better. 💛
