How do I see my truth?

‎Have you ever wondered if you are really a "good person" or not?‎

‎Sometimes, we start to question ourselves just because of what those around us are saying, or because of a situation where we have lost our temper. People may misunderstand you and paint a certain image of you, and you may even begin to believe that this image is who you really are.‎

‎But have you ever realized that you have the power to change that graphic?‎

‎We are not fixed, we are constantly changing. Think about water: Water remains water even if it changes color due to some impurities. With a little cleaning, it always returns to its original pristine state.‎

‎We, as human beings, are alike:‎

‎Words may betray us: In moments of anger, we may say things that do not represent us, but that does not mean that we have become "evil."‎

‎Actions build respect: Calm down and small acts of organization (such as tidying up your room) are actions that build your self-esteem before you build respect for others.‎

‎Don't let a moment of "hype" define your entire core. You are the pure water lurking in the depths.‎

@Rojan12

I translated this into English through google translate in the hopes that more people would respond to it in English.

@CalmRosebud thank you, It's true, in moment of anger or hype we might say things which we don't mean but it doesn't define the whole of you, we're all living our life for the first time, and it's okay to make mistakes and learn from them along the way, without being overly critical of ourselves. I love your water analogy 🤍

@fossilfellow Thank you so much for these kind words. It really touched my heart, especially the part about living life for the first time. It’s such a beautiful reminder to be more compassionate with ourselves. I'm so glad my water analogy resonated with you! 🤍
