I am unable to love myself
I was once a person who used to love everything about herself but now, I find myself ugliest, carrying a deformed body, unmotivated to do anything. 7 months ago I delivered my baby through caesarean and I love this thing, I love being a mother but I don't love myself and I guess no one loves me.. my husband has lost interest in me, he's emotionally unavailable (just for me) I've got no one to talk to.. because he was my only friend and now whenever I try to speak he just pulls himself away saying that it'd be an argument in a few minutes so it's better to not talk at all, this way I keep crying whole night and wake up with swollen eyes and forgetting what I wanted to communicate with him... I don't know I want someone who would listen to me .. my husband don't have time to listen to my *** but can talk to his colleagues and friends for hours.. is available for his family.. recently he bought a car and made his sister as nominee in insurance! I got so upset seeing that I mean you have a son of your own and whose responsibility is yours, rather than thinking of him you are thinking of your sister.. I'm not asking to give me anything at all, don't make me nominee or anything but atleast make this baby your priority if not me! I didn't say a word about this to him because as usual this will also become an argument and he'll just leave the room leaving me crying there.
I don't want to make him my only source of happiness which I myself made since we were dating, I want self confidence and want to love myself but just can't..

first off please know that you are perfectly you and you’re one of a kind. If you’re struggling right now go out in nature feel the sun let the grass tickle your feet! Nature will remind you how beautiful you are and how important you are. I hope things get better for you. And maybe with your husband expressing that you have a need and that you would like to connect to work through things.

You have been through alot.
You had a child and your body inevitably has changed.
It takes some time for your body and your mind to catch up.
But you are not ugly.
Or disgusting.
Or less.
One day at a time, you'll get back to loving you, fundamentally that's all that matters 💜 💕

Sorry to hear what you've been through! Bodies change with time and women experience postpartum issues.. maybe it would be a good idea to reach out to your doctor about it.
Youu are not ugly! You deserve love and care! Please take care and lots of love to your kid!

@lonelylime6548I'm really sorry you're feeling this way. It’s important to remember that your feelings are valid, and you deserve support and care. Becoming a mother is a huge life change, and it's okay to struggle with self-love and confidence during this time. You’re not alone, and reaching out to a counselor or support group could help you find the understanding and encouragement you need. Taking small steps to focus on yourself—like gentle self-care, talking to trusted friends, or exploring activities you enjoy—can gradually rebuild your confidence. You matter, and so does your happiness.
