I hear you, and it's hard to explain to others how crippling it is.

It doesn't matter how many times people tell you, you look good, you are fine, you don't feel it or believe it. It torments and eats away at you 🥺 Don't let it fester, as hard as it is, look in that mirror, take the photos, make it that much if a habit that finally you come to a place of peace and acceptance, rooting for you 💕💜

One of the most common traits among humans is to be dissatisfied with their looks.  People tend to think they're too short, too tall, too round, too skinny, hair too frizzy, too fine, nose not quite right, well, you get the idea.  Even traditionally attractive people are often painfully critical of their appearance.  

One problem is that we've been looking at ourselves for our entire lives, hence we are so used to our own image that it may seem bland at best.  So we don't see beautiful eyes, engaging smiles, compassionate expressions, or features that others may find especially cute or captivating.  

Inspiration taken from Forrest Gump suggests "attractive is as inner attractiveness does."  

It might be worth taking note of the huge variety of physical features among those in the entertainment industry, yet for the most part, they're admired.  

Self-acceptance, self care, poise, emotional intelligence, and a kind disposition are things that make anyone attractive to those worth being attractive for.
