I can’t possibly be the only one who overthinks and criticizes themselves over every conversation they’ve had with someone or how they present themselves, right? Does anyone else feel like they can be too hard on themselves? Even tho we may know deep down inside you can’t change people or how they react?

I hear ya 🥺

Its human and it's not easy, always second guessing ourselves but you need to trust your own worth and instincts because not everyone will like you, but as long as you do, that's what matters 💜💕

Hey! Sorry to hear that you’re feeling this way. I totally get it, I struggle with overanalyzing myself a lot too. We’re definitely our own worst critics and enemies sometimes and it can be really hard dealing with it. I’d say just try to take it easy and try not to dwell on it too much. A quote that’s helped me is “worrying doesn’t take away future troubles, it only takes away today’s peace.” Just live in the moment as much as you can! I know it’s hard but you can do it :) sending you so much love and prayers!!! 🫶🫶

Yes. It comes with the anxiety for me. :(

Although, I have thankfully found that, even if I do make a social blunder of some kind, people tend to be a lot more gracious/forgiving than we give them credit for (and some may not even notice the blunder at all!).

That's been my experience at least.
