Self esteem
It's completely normal to experience ups and downs in self-esteem. Building confidence is a journey, not a destination.A great place to start is by practicing self-compassion. Treat yourself with the same kindness you'd offer a friend. Focus on your strengths and accomplishments, no matter how small they may seem. Setting achievable goals and celebrating your progress can also make a big difference. Remember, everyone doubts themselves sometimes. It's how you respond to those doubts that matters. Surrounding yourself with supportive people and engaging in activities you enjoy can boost your mood and outlook. Small steps can lead to significant changes in how you feel about yourself.
