Group support on the app?

So my phone updated to the new virsion of yhe app and i can accsess 1-1 chats howver there no seems to be no way to access group support is there a button i cant see? Im on android just fyi xx

@JoyIntoDarkness Hi Joy! :D this may be a bug, I would file a support ticket if I were you. You can find them under the support desk section of the website :)

Okay thanks... thought it was a glitch but it been a few weeks now so yeah. I dont know if i can submit on tho cause my anxiwty is on high today
