Weird... pop up? Like introduce yourself to the forums? Because the welcome messages themselves are Private Messages.

@Phthalo you get that the first time you visit the community landing page (was it your first time?) & possibly more than once if you're not a member of any communities.

but if this is the first time you've seen that message, it's because it's the message you get the first time, you know? xP'
