Inconsistent and hidden corners

It's well known that listeners' icons are circular, members' are square with rounded corners, and guests' are square with sharp corners. However, there are a couple of implementation problems.

One problem is that the members' rounded corners are inconsistent. It would have been very easy to set the border radius everywhere to 15% (which I like the look of), or 20% to make it more obvious. But someone seems to have thought up a different border radius for each part of the site. In the worst case, members' icons look almost circular, like listeners'.

Another problem is that white space at the edges of the image can alter the appearance of the corners. A member can make an icon that appears circular, like a listener, or one that appears to have sharp corners, like a guest. It would have been very easy to draw a thin border around every icon to show its true shape. (A more subtle solution would be to add a border only when there is white space at the edges, but that would require some crafty coding.)

@RarelyCharlie It's even more inconsistent than that. On my feed, my support network either has profile pictures as circles - members and listeners (with a few appearing to be different just due to the shape of the individual image selected) or are blank.

Some of the blanks are understandable, as they are from no longer active accounts. I'm not certain about others though, as an example the admin Heather has no profile image on my support network even though her profile picture shows elsewhere.
