Hi Everyone!
Me again! In this short, 3 minute video, I discuss the importance of being BRAVE!
We all demonstrate insane, courageousacts of bravery every day! In this short video, I talk about 3 key things to Inviting Brave Into Your Life!
1) Get outside of your comfort zone
2) Allow yourself to be VULNERABLE
3) Be curious about the future & your future self!
Let me know what you think of this video and the ideas presented here!

I adore this video and it has inspired me to KEEP GOING (my life motto) when the going gets tough. Thank you so much for all your dedicated hard work and keep doing what your doing (inspiring people ) @Laura
I haven't done this yet and its scary to do, but I'm going to give my husband an ultimatum. Either he seeks counsiling for his anger or we end our marriage. His anger scares me - he throws things, slams, doors, and last night he pushed me. I'm seeing a therapist now and I am working to change the parts about me that hurt our relationship and it's his turn to step up. I don't want to live with someone whose anger scares me.
@Rollergirl99 I know how you feel! My husband is an alcoholic and drinks almost everyday. When he has had enough, he starts an argument and it can get scary. I figure that most men who do this to their wives are insecure and angry w/themselves, so they have to take it out on someone, but it is wrong!
@TransAm85 Thank you for sharing your story. It does help to know that other people are going through the same kinds of things. I'm sorry to hear about your husband and I wish you good luck.
Spoke more openly to my therapist
very nice

Faced my fear of heights and falling by climbing a mountain and looking over the edge of the cliff, had heart surgery, stayed calm, and even joked with the surgeon even though I was scared senseless
The decision to take our dog to the vet for her last journey. She is no longer in pain.
Getting out of my comfort zone has been a lifetime journey thus far. I remembering panicking so much last December when I was in Mexico b/c I was so far away from home! I just have this fear of being away from what I am familiar with I guess and that's not good. How will I ever travel and go on a vacation? Will I be living in Wisconsin then the rest of my life?! I'd love to see my heritage in Germany, France, and Belgium .. but I am so afraid of traveling far away from home!
