We all demonstrate insane, courageousacts of bravery every day! In this short video, I talk about 3 key things to Inviting Brave Into Your Life!

1) Get outside of your comfort zone

BREATHED

Walked a different path to the store than I usually go. (I usually do everything a certain way so this was a big thing for me.)

@DerekTheVExtreme so glad to see! You are brave, it takes courage what you did. You are proving to yourself that you're stronger than you might feel❤

Told my therapist the truth about my voices and stayed in the unit for 2 weeks because of that (I should've stayed at least 3 weeks but they let me go home for holidays and then I was better so I didn't have to come back).

I have no "brave" in my life. Unless you count upcoming back surgery. All the "brave" is gone. It's been sucked our of me. I'm an empty shell of my former self

@AlphaACD You're getting back surgery! That sounds so scary and painful to me. I should be getting surgery because of a medical condition, but I keep putting it off and coming up with excuses. The fact that you have an appointment, and are going to get back surgery makes you brave and a role model to me!

I don't think I've done anything brave lately. All the brave that I had is gone now. All the little brave things I did, not anymore. It's gone now and I feel too weak to actually do anything other than breathe.

@Marshmallowspumpkin Brave is admitting there's issues and you can't do it alone. Just posting something is incredibly brave! You might try to sell yourself short, but you are brave, talented, and an amazing person. I believe in you!

@birdclaws thank you so much for this. This means so much to me. So so much that it brought tears to my eyes. I've been longing for encouraging words for so long, and this made my day. You're so kind and I hope whatever problems you might be going through, you get through them. I believe in you too!
