One brave thing I recently did was decide to be honest with myself.

@Laura

I appreciate the discussion about allowing yourself to be vulnerable, it really spoke to me. I couple weeks ago I dared to talk to my family about my experience with depression and sexuality after suffering in confused silence for years because I was scared of how they'd respond. It's kind of strange, knowing that they know now, but in a way it also means I don't have to hide from them anymore, which is a wonderful feeling. So it's definitely worth stepping out of your comfort zone because good things can happen. Thank you so much for sharing the video, Laura!

I met with a person even if I was nervous about it! It's not much, but it's something :)

I've been recruited to join my high school's long distance running team for track and cross country. It was a lot of hard work to not lose my nerves.
