Live Chat w/ Laura: Developing Your Self-Reflection Skills! Friday 11/6 at 2PM ET!
Hi Everyone!
I wanted to set up a time to connect with all of you! So tomorrow, drum roll please....
I will be leading a 30 minute live broad cast chat! It will happen on google hangouts on air! All are welcome to listen in! And don't worry, if you can't make it to the live chat, you can listen to the recording when you are free!
Topic: Self-Reflection
Reflection is one of the primary active listening skills. We use this skill in our 7 Cups chats, in our community interactions and in our lives outside of 7 Cups. During this broadcast, I will focus on reflection & self-reflection as skills we can develop both personally and as community members. Whether you are a trained listener or a member on 7 Cups, developing a practice of self-reflection is incredibly valuable for personal growth and development!
