Question: Your stats listed here show a metric for written reviews. How about a % of reviews 4 stars and above? Is that possible?
I'll second @Pickle68 on that. Or even better, a distribution of ratings.
Additionally, do we track % of chats that end in the member/guest blocking the listener? That would be another way to ascertain quality since the majority (though not all) blocks are likely because of a poor listener and may or may not result in a written review.

I'd like to know if that counts the member/listeners who blocks others as well ^-^
