Many of you have decided to commit to your growth path, taking steps every day. You are all on streaks! In this thread, let us know what number streak this is!
How to participate: It doesn't matter if its a 2 day streak or a 200 day streak, every day where we do something for yourself deserves to be honored! So... every time you earn another day on your streak, come on down & let us know in this thread! We'd love to give you a *high five* and honor your work along side you! If you do not feel comfortable, there is no pressure to participate!

Day 2.
I was on day 15 or something but then I went to a music festival over the weekend, so now I'm back on Day 1. Oops.
Weekend was fun though :)
My Streak is stopping self harm on Thursday 12, 2016 until now. I'm almost half a month clean from self harm. Never thought I would post or be saying that but, I am. I'm so happy and proud of myself for stopping and to stay strong through life.
@HarmGirl love it!!! Iam happy you made it and found a way for you to deal with it. Stay strong and keep going :)

1 day streak 
I'm still pretty new to 7cups. I keep missing days but hope to incorporate this into my daily routine.
3-day streak. First milestone after many months. 
I'm on Day 1, and I'm already loving this.
Day 7, I was having prolems, they were fixed and now I have more problems but getting them out to a trusted person on here has helped me severely to be more positive about life :3 Thanks 7 Cups!
I just started using 7 cups I'm hoping to use it everyday :)
