This website is not helping
I have serious chronic depression, and went through an intensly painful breakup with a girlfriend I was planning to marry. A few days ago I had a panic attack and I made an account to try to find someone to talk to. I was matched with a listener relatively quickly, and she was perfect. She was helpful and a good conversationalist. She was calming, but best of all, she was my age and experienced with relationship problems. She helped me and told me I needed a base. Someone to talk to everyday just for little while, about how my life was going.
I went to bed feeling good, and then the next evening I tried to find her again, and our conversation had been deleted. Her username is no longer on the website. I barely knew her and somehow it felt like a second breakup.
I tried to match with someone else twice, but both times the website deleted the conversations from existing. This hurts really bad and you need to fix it. I came here because I have no support from anyone, and you 7cups promised me support, and just gave me more abandonment.
TLDR - your website is broken, and it's breaking my heart over and over again.

First of all, I'd like to sincerely apologize for your negative experiences here at 7Cups, and wish you an apology for your breakup. This sounds like a really tough time in your life, in which you need people to support you. I just want you to know that we are here for you.
I am thrilled to hear that your first encounter with a listener was a good one. However, I am sorry that your conversation had disappeared. This happened most likely because they had deactivated their listener account. This happens for a host of reasons, and while I can't say that this is the definite reason for the disappearance of your conversation, I can tell you that there's a good chance that that's the reason. Just do know that we are not abandoning you, and that is not your fault.
In regards to the following experiences that you've had with listeners, I apologize that they were anything but positive. However, I want you to know that it's quite common to not click with a listener immediately; you may not even click with them at all. This is okay. I encourage you to keep trying to find a listener, as we have hundreds of thousands of listeners to choose from, I'm sure you'll find one that you'll click with; but, do not get discouraged or disappointed if you don't immediately connect with your listener, as human beings don't click with one another, which is normal and okay.

The conversation and listener shouldn't completely disappear, it sounds like one of you blocked the other. Maybe on accident.
