Wonky Notification Issue
Hello, oh wondrous Krink and/or the 7 Cup tech crew! For the past 3 days, I have been experiencing what I believe must be some sort of glitch re: my notification system (if that's what it's called-- I mean the the little alarm bell on the top bar with the numbered circle that tells me how many communications I have from either 7 Cups in general, or in the forum threads to which I am subscribed).
Generally, when I read and X out of the messages or click to the threads to which I have received a notification, the message then disappears, and the number each time in the notification circle reduces. However, lately the messages that I remove from the list disappear if I X them, as normal, but the instant I travel to another page either via using a link to a thread, or go to any other page on my own, the deleted messages come right back, and the number in the bell circle ratchets back up to reflect the fact that the messages have returned!
Ugh! It has been quite tiresome to read/use the notifications there. I have checked in with a few other people I know well enough to ask on 7 Cups, and they have not experienced this issue, nor heard of anyone else to whom this is happening. I wonder if ya'll could take a quick look and see if there is anything that can be done to bring my system back to normal?
Thanks for any help you can provide-- the jobs you all do keeping 7 Cups technically on track is phenomenal! <3

Hey! Did you already sent a technical ticket? It's best to send either an email to support@7cups.com or submit a ticket in here because the tech team will get faster to that message than in the forums!
@cristiana33 Hey-- thank you for the info. Since I am a techno-idiot I was not even aware that such a thing existed. Will do so right now. You are a gem!
@ladylazarus1971
No problem! I'm bad with tech too!
Problem fixed! Thank you support team and patient 7 Cups members. <3
@ladylazarus1971 - oh glad it got fixed. I don't automatically get notifications from new threads in this forum :(
