You have to set your passwords on your listener and member account to be the same. Then you can log in to either and it should show for you. Lemme know if you have issues and also if you're on the app or site/desktop and I can walk you through.
I never knew this either.
On the one hand I like learning new stuff, so I like this! But on the other hand it also feels wrong that stuff is hidden from users. Makes me feel like there's still some communication to improve. Or maybe my accounts are just old, and by now this is communicated more clearly when you make an account?
Is there a way to merge both accounts. My listener account is on a different username and password. And would really want to merge them together so it is easier to switch between. Is there any way to do that?

Your passwords and email should also match, so you'd have to go into the settings of one of the accounts and change the email and then I believe you'd log out and it'll give you the option to switch. If it gives you trouble after doing all that (remember to log out of devices and if you need to request pw resets), write to the helpdesk.
