Every single one of us has a story, and together, we write the ongoing book of our community in real-time. As another year has turned its pages and our birthday approaches, we want to celebrate the unique narrative we're all co-creating, and what truly makes this community come alive: you!
This year, we're inviting you all to share a quote, poetry or saying that resonates with you and that you’d like to dedicate to the 7 Cups community. It could be a quote (someone else’s or an original of yours!) about hope, connection, resilience, growth, or anything that inspires you and reminds you of the spirit of 7 Cups.

Not a quote exactly, but more of a message that I like to live my life off of: Everything you dream of and wish for is already yours if you want it hard enough. Sometimes, it just takes patience, divine timing, and a lot of hard work. Don't give up!
7 Cups is a place I found when I had no one to speak to. When I couldn’t make sense of anything. When the world shut me down. I found and met people on 7 Cups who brought both my shadow and light into the scene. 7 Cups is a place that feels like home for a person in exile. It’s a place that helped me discover myself and others going through similar journeys.
As a member, I was led by the light of people whose names I never even knew. As a listener, I poured that light into those lost in their own journeys. 7 Cups is a crucial part of my healing — where I shared tears and laughter with people here. It's a place of mirrors, shadows, light, different worlds, and different emotional and love languages. I am grateful to be part of such a precious community.
There were days when 7 Cups was my diary. Other times, it was my cry pillow. And on some days, it was where I found love, kindness, grace, connection, and deep bonds. That’s how precious this place is to me.
This birthday of 7 Cups also marks the 10-year anniversary of when I first discovered it — in the darkest moments of my life. It’s the place where my broken parts were seen, held, and understood. It’s also the place where I’ve held space for others in need.
In a world full of fakeness choking on masks, 7 Cups is a rare space where you get to experience the real human psyche without guards — whether you’re venting or listening.
I would like to thank to the ones who created this platform at exactly the time they launched it —
also to the listeners who held me when I was member, and to the members who trusted me to hold them. If not 7 Cups, only God knows where I would be in my journey.
I wish 7 Cups continue to grow, touch lives, and be a lighthouse for every soul that feels lost.

"Honesty"
Honesty is when you tell the truth.
Honesty is speaking up when someone is in need.
Honesty is when you do a good deed.
Dishonesty is when you don't feel good about yourself.
Dishonesty is when you do not tell the truth.
Dishonesty is when you do not speak up.
So... we need to do the right thing.
Decide what part you want to be.
And there is a lot more.
We all need to help one another out and do the right thing.
Make the world a better place to live in.
