How to Deal with Chat Bugs
I just discovered a way to cope with one of the current problems in the chat interface. The primary problem of the chat interface is that the older messages tend to go after the newest messages. You can overcome this problem by looking at the timestamp under each message. The order of the messages change, but the times do not change. Read your messages in the order of the timestamps. @amiableVision1813 I think this is a glitch that was happening with the old version of the chat. Have you tried Version 2.0

@amiableVision1813 I believe that once you are using chat 2.0 it doesn't switch back... But I would bookmark that link just in case
@amiableVision1813 I don't like the new change in the format of chats messages coming in and going out. It's confusing and throws me off. I hope it gets resolved soon! It's been going on for a few days now.
