When the Support Plus community was first established back in 2021, it served as a valuable space for offering support on additional topics that didn't quite fit within the existing communities at that time. It played a crucial role in accommodating various discussions and providing assistance to a diverse range of interests.
However, as our community has continued to grow and evolve, we've been constantly expanding and diversifying our communities and topics to ensure that we can offer support for everyone. Our commitment to providing comprehensive assistance remains unwavering.
In light of this, we have made the decision to retire the Support Plus community. This decision wasn't made lightly, but we believe it's the right step forward to streamline our support services and ensure that each community we offer is tailored to specific interests and needs. By doing so, we aim to create a more focused and efficient environment for everyone to engage in meaningful discussions and receive the assistance they seek.
Rest assured that this change will not impact your ability to access support or participate in discussions. All the topics that were previously covered in the Support Plus community will find their new homes within the expanded and relevant communities. This transition is part of our ongoing efforts to improve the user experience and ensure that everyone can easily find the support they require.
We want to express our heartfelt gratitude to all of you who have contributed to the Support Plus community over the years. Your engagement and willingness to help others have been truly remarkable.
