Mobile app crashing
It's not the first time I was talking to a listener through the mobile app only to realize none of my messages were sent because the app was crashing in the background and there is absolutely no way to know when the app is crashing when you are sending the messages because they all look as if they were sent, there's no error pop up, no indicator whatsoever that the texts you are sending are not being sent, you will only realize of that when you go back to the chat list and you still see the listener's last response prior to your messages that you thought they went through, and then you need to close the app and open again to normalize so you can try your luck hoping the messages are going through,
Anyone experiencing this issue or am I the unlucky one?

The app can really be buggy at times and the issue you described with sending messages can be super confusing and annoying too.
Because of several reasons like this one, I've stopped using the app ever since the update in 2021 I think! (':
I prefer the website on phone or laptop more.
