What does 7Cups "Code 065" error mean when replying to a thread?

I was trying to reply to a thread and I used the Video button to add a YouTube video.

But I got the message:

Uh oh! An error was encountered saving your post. (Code 065)

But when I posted the same reply using a Link to the video instead, no error.

Any insights would be appreciated. Thank you!
