Hi everyone!

We are currently accepting nominations and reviews across the Academy and Group Support. Participation is low, which means meaningful effort is being missed.

Submitting a nomination is not just a form. It is an intentional act of recognition. It tells someone that their time, care, and consistency mattered. It tells them their work had real impact.

When you nominate someone, you help define what excellence looks like in this community. You help surface leadership, kindness, and effort that often happens quietly. Most importantly, you help people feel seen for work they may never expect to be recognized for.

Why this matters

  • People sustain good work when it is acknowledged.
  • Nominations make invisible effort visible.
  • They reinforce values like care, responsibility, and follow through.
  • When you submit a nomination or review, you are not just recognizing one person. You are contributing to a culture that notices effort and rewards it. That matters more than people realize.
  • If someone supported you, guided you, or made your experience better, take a moment to nominate them. Your recognition could be the moment that reminds them why they continue to show up.

As a relatively new member there are several people I'd like to mention that have interacted or contacted me directly that have helped me tremendously, how would I know if they qualify for nomination ?

“Thank you for sharing this, Hope! 🌟 It’s a great reminder that even small acts of support and consistency deserve recognition. Nominations and reviews not only highlight the amazing work happening behind the scenes but also inspire everyone in the community to keep contributing positively. I’ll definitely take a moment to nominate those who have made a difference for me—it’s a simple way to say ‘your efforts matter’ and to help build a culture of acknowledgment and care. 💛”
