Cupsmas Community Team Event: Reflect with Us!

Thanks to everyone who attended our Admin/Amb Team Cupmas celebration event! It's always an honor to spend time with you all.
During the event, we answered two reflection questions that I'd like to ask all of you now:
💙 What role has 7 Cups played in your well-being this year?
💙 What's one wish you have for 7 Cups in the new year?
Please share your thoughts and upvote others!

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for being a part of the 7 Cups family, and here's to another year of togetherness, hope and growth!

It has helped me feel not alone
💙 What role has 7 Cups played in your well-being this year?
Since my meltdown over my life in late September-early October, 7 Cups has played an integral role in my life. In fact, I believe 7 Cups is the reason I've remained somewhat sane throughout these months. This wonderful community has been invaluable in the initial steps of me trying to pull myself out of this mess.
💙 What's one wish you have for 7 Cups in the new year?
I wish 7 Cups will continue to be the wonderfully welcoming community it has been for my first couple of months here. I also wish 7 Cups will grow so that we can welcome even more people to our amazing community.

💙 What role has 7 Cups played in your well-being this year?
for me came here only a few months ago. but 7cups has became a place that we can come and not have to hide that we DID. also not questioned and corrected about using we and not just I. we feel for the most part we accepted here and supported. that is a lot better then other chat/forums we used before. many here have added a lot to our well being. this a safe place just to be who we are too.
💙 What's one wish you have for 7 Cups in the new year?
that the trauma chatroom be kept open 24/7. so that us who have trauma issues can meet. support each other and get support from others who have had trauma in there lives. that or a chatroom added that a trigger one so when people need it they can talk freely about things that would need a trigger warning. as we seen many times people who have said triggering things without giving trigger warning. so maybe that would help that from happening. so to give one chatroom for both like a trauma trigger talk one. that one would not have to give a trigger warning when talking in the room.

💙 What role has 7 Cups played in your well-being this year?
This year 7 Cups has been a true lifeline for me. The sense of community and the wisdom shared here has helped me grow in ways I never expected. It’s been a space where I’ve found both solace and empowerment and for that, I am deeply grateful. Thank you 7 Cups for being such an important part of my year.
💙 What's one wish you have for 7 Cups in the new year?
As for my wish for 7 Cups in the new year, I hope it continues to be a safe, welcoming space for anyone who needs it, no matter where they are in their journey.
I wish I could meet people irl that care about me and don't judge my depression. I wish I could get a job.
💙 What role has 7 Cups played in your well-being this year? It's given me some sense of purpose. I host chats each week on the trauma room and that has been a wonderful opportunity. I've been doing it for over 2 years now. It's helped with some of the anxiety and it feels nice knowing that I hold space for people each week.
💙 What's one wish you have for 7 Cups in the new year? My biggest wish is that there would be a way to open and close the chat room easier and do a banner. It often takes a while to find someone to open it and set a banner. I wish there was a badge or something for some members that would allow them to be able to do this themselves. Like a good faith badge
