Chat issue.
There is quite a disturbing thing in the chats themselves, when the messages, that had been written a while ago, move forward to the new messages, even standing in front of the new message and it is really confusing and really disturbing when it comes to the time of the response and the whole understanding of the problem. Unfortunately, I cannot add some pictures as I would share the chat details.
I am having the same issue, but i think its due to the site being glitchy? It happens quite often though. What i do is to look at the "last message" from the box on the left (the one with the list of chats) and also look at the time of each message sent.

Firstly, thank you so much for the concern you have with site problems, this shows you truly care about your members and their wellbeing which is commendable indeed. In regards to the issue you're facing, many other listeners have found this too, and the best thing is to either submit a support ticket here or email support@7cups.com addressing this problem. @bubblingTree25 also gave a great tip to utilise in the meanwhile.
