April 10: Sub-community designs - feedback requested!
Howdy folks!
@krinkthemellowunicorn has been hard at work! He has been working with our site designer to come up with some updated designs for our wonderful subcomunties. Please take a look at the options below and share your feedback. Here are some questions to consider:
What design elements pop out to you?
What function does each design element serve?
Which design elements do you dislike? and can you describe why?
Option 1:

Option 2:

Option 3:

@Laura Option 3
Definitely did not like 1, the heading just didn't look right to me. Three just looks a lot cleaner and organized.
I like option 2 the best.
Option 1 and option 3 seem a bit scrunched together, leaving some more blank space. Out of these two, option 3 is better because of its cleaner header/picture.
Option 2 vs option 3... Yeah, option 2. It has more defined lines and it looks sharper and more professional that way. I don't know. That's just me, maybe.

Shout-out to @krinkthemellowunicorn and the 7 Cups Designer Team ♥ They're always hard at work to make 7 Cups the best that it can be. Great job, everyone!
@ZizyTheTurtle hi! Where do I find what options 1, 2 &
@RemenyTheWriter

@Laura I would love to go with option 3. It looks more appealing and clear.
@Laura I personally feel option 3 looks great! :D
I liked Option 3 best.
Option 3
I like option 3 but the graphic for paid therapy looks like someone who is getting reflexology, not being supported. I asked a number of people and they thought the same thing. I think an attractive face of a woman is much more appealing. And this is proven in marketing that people are attracted to the human face more than any other thing.
@CyndenAmrosePsyd I had to go and look back at it. It does look like it should be advertising for reflexology or something like that.
I am more drawn to the first one, I find it cleaner and the title being separate from the picture I find it easier to read. They all do look great though. Well done @KrinkTheMellowUnicorn and the rest of the team for all the hard work!
I like #2. It brings attention to the "join our community" button. Using a different color for the threads but not the side bar draws attention to recent threads without overwhelming the user by drawing attention to too many places at once.
