Early August: Sophia - New Therapist Bot

Hello All!

I am excited to introduce you to a new therapist bot over the next week. Her name is Sophia.

This is how it is going to work, starting in the next day or two. Interested members will land on a page that will immediately put them into a private room where they start talking with Sophia. She will be a therapy consultant bot who will chat with the member prior to them connecting with therapists She will welcome them, explain how 7 Cups works, and get some basic assessment information from them. Once she has collected all of that information, she will match members with therapists. Once the match is made, and the member will agree to informed consent, Sophia will drop the member into your chat screen, send them an introduction about the therapist.
