Early August: Sophia - New Therapist Bot
Hello All!
I am excited to introduce you to a new therapist bot over the next week. Her name is Sophia.
This is how it is going to work, starting in the next day or two. Interested members will land on a page that will immediately put them into a private room where they start talking with Sophia. She will be a therapy consultant bot who will chat with the member prior to them connecting with therapists She will welcome them, explain how 7 Cups works, and get some basic assessment information from them. Once she has collected all of that information, she will match members with therapists. Once the match is made, and the member will agree to informed consent, Sophia will drop the member into your chat screen, send them an introduction about the therapist.
More information to come in the next few days.
Note: this will ONLY impact members & therapists who interact. This will not impact listeners & member connections.

well yeah literally but Laura can't use the euphamism because we aren't celebrating her surviving until her next birthday were celebration her birth.
@Experiment630 you absolutely do celebrate someone's birthday on the exact day they were born. You can't just wait a year to celebrate them being born. Even though it's a robot I'm talking about people

you don't go to a newborn and say happy birthday because the phrase "happy birthday" is implied that it us celebrating the anniversary of its birth

I meant so listeners could know which members to talk to that will not make the listeners talk about things that will make them feel stress or uncomfortable. Could listeners have a bot like that?
