End Live Chat Button Now Active in 1-1 Chats

In 1-1 chats, there is now an "end live chat" located under the send button with a gear icon.
For those of you who were community member prior to June 2014, you may remember something similar to our old messaging system. We have brought this back in a new way.
For listeners:When you hit end live chat, awesome, the chat concludes, the conversation clears and you we say thank you for your work listening!
*hoping this can also help with building boundaries and managing member relationships
For members/guests:When you hit end live chat, you are brought to a the review this listener screen.
-If membergives a positive review(as indicated by the # of stars given), you are then prompted with a screen that reads:
"Awesome!
We are glad to hear that you had a positive experience with your Listener.
Learn more about yourself by taking a Free Emotional Wellness Test." (with a link to the wellness test)
or: "no thanks"
If you click no thanks, you are brought back to your member dashboard/ conversation list.
-If membergives a review that not positive(also indicated by the # of star reviews given), you are prompted with a screen that reads:
"We?re sorry that this conversation wasn?t very helpful.
Many people try several listeners before finding one that clicks." With 3 links:
1) Green connect now/ general request
2) Browse listeners by issue or language
3) Not ready to connect
- If #3/ Not ready to connect is pressed, you arebrought toanother pop-up with 3 options:
A) Take free emotional wellness test
B) Join Group Support Chat
C) Browse listeners by issue or language
